i am transitioning to bazel to handle build. If i end up being successful, maybe the whole  haven project will become a monorepo
In order to adapt to the new build system, il will build my images with apko and melange
Using WOORKSPACE.bazel is deprecated
version should be locked on a project basis
update bazerl MODULE and BUILD file. THis is a work in progress
app_test script is not nedeed anymore, int test will be handled elsewhere
ive change the name toward the defauklt used by melange, which is melange.yaml and updated the package config
update gitgnore to exclude apk builded by melange
replaced git chglog by git-cliff, add melange and changie
package should install caddy in /usr/bin, changing path accordingly
clif.toml is the conf file of git cliff to generate changelog from commit
stamp.sh will be used by bazel to stamp the vbersion number. This is WIP
